Novasources-Régnier taken over by Vincent Sepieter

Vincent Sepieter, CEO, took control of Novasources-Régnier through an MBO alongside Bpifrance, acquiring the shares of Bertrand Boddaert, its long-time partner.
Based in Armentières (59), Novasources generated revenue of €11 million in 2018 with 56 employees.

Obtaining organic certification

Régnier Sucré-Salé has obtained organic certification for one of its production facilities. Platinum bread, boulot, baguettes, and more.

Committed to this approach, the number of organic products produced by Régnier Sucré-Salé is set to grow, particularly through the development of a range of organic brioches.
